Work With Our Marketing Consultant.

With over 20 years in the market research business, we were surprised to discover how many companies and brands planned their entire marketing activities based on a “guestimate” – as we like to call it.

We are not saying that the team involved in the launch of a new product/service should ignore their gut feelings, but by going straight to the target audience, you will gain thoughts and opinions from people who may be less biased or emotionally attached to the brand. By researching your market, you get one step ahead and can gain an advantage against your competitors.

Our marketing specialist can help you conduct market research that is a systematic, objective collection and analysis about your target market, competition and/or new launch plans. We know that through successful research you can gain a deeper understanding of your audience, and in-turn make informed decisions that will benefit your company.

The process is simple:

1.       Send us a brief

Following a client brief, we recruit respondents from our 10,000+ database. these are screened by us and selected for their suitability to make a valid contribution to the research required. We work with companies all over, but predominantly in London or other major UK cities.

Everyone who joins The Hub knows that we conduct rigorous checking to ensure we recruit genuine candidates, so you won’t be meeting any impersonators. Where we are notified of non-attendance, we will try and replace wherever possible

2.       conduct the most relevant research

As well as working with the top agencies, we are aware that some clients have smaller budgets. Our marketing consultant helps brands directly to develop the most compelling campaigns by working to curate the ideal research questions and methods. The research might make it obvious that a new product you have planned may not be what your market needs, or you may decide to make changes to what you were going to offer to suit your audience.

3.       Understand the findings

Our consultant will then send you a detailed report of the findings in a way that makes sense. Whether it’s focus groups or a survey, we can analyse the results to avoid data overload for you.

4.       Implement your findings

Once you have your research results, you will know what your consumers like/don’t like to hear/see/do. Then you can tailor what you say to them to make them take action. We are aware that some companies do not have in house marketing teams, therefore you can work with our consultant to implement a marketing plan informed by your discoveries. For example, your research could help you estimate the likely sales of a new service, and therefore our consultant could help you decide the right method of advertising required to achieve maximum profits.
